A mixed stay with great potential

The hotel boasts a unique architectural design resembling a pyramid, which is visually striking. The wellness area with its heated outdoor pool is a notable relaxing retreat after exploring the city.

The staff's service can be hit or miss. some members seemed inexperienced or unhelpful, which impacted our overall experience. parking fees felt excessive considering the distance from the hotel.

We absolutely loved the indoor and outdoor pool areas, which provided a perfect relaxation spot for families like us. The wellness area, featuring a sauna and Turkish bath, was an exceptional way to unwind after a busy day. Plus, waking up to the incredible buffet breakfast with fresh omelettes and pastries made each morning delightful!

the staff, although polite, seemed to lack any empathy and were completely unhelpful when I complained about the distance to the parking. I expected a welcome gift for my trouble but received absolutely nothing. the fitness area was a bit neglected too, which is shocking for a so-called upscale hotel. Would have given a good review but just couldn't.

We enjoyed the spacious room with our kids, and the hotel had a fantastic wellness area. The location is great, just a short train ride to the city center, and the SCS shopping center across the hotel made it easy for us to grab supplies.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options.

The wellness area is fantastic with great pools, sauna, and a clean swimming pool that isn’t full of chlorine. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and relaxing.

Free parking was a bit distant from the hotel.

eventhotel pyramide is a nice and comfortable place. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. the spa center is a fantastic way to unwind, and having the sCS shopping center right across from the reception was super convenient. we enjoyed our two-night stay in a superior double room.

Awesome breakfast & spa vibes!

Spent a night here as a couple and really enjoyed the breakfast spread. Super tasty fresh omelettes! The spa area was also a highlight—perfect way to relax after a day out. Only thing was the WiFi in the room was a bit spotty. If you’re down for some outdoor dining, the bar area is nice too.

It was just a reliable pick for a short break in Voesendorf with excellent value for money. The shopping center nearby was a great bonus for grabbing some snacks and last-minute essentials. Use Uber or the train for convenient travel in the area.
